Returns
For hygiene reason, all items sold on our website are FINAL SALE. Can not be exchanged and refunded, except if your order is damaged or missing items(shipping fee won't be refunded). We offer a full refund or exchange within 3 days of the receiving date. Please note that all of the metal products, some products are hand-crafted, it might not be perfect! It will not considered as defects. Please see JEWELRY CARE TIPS CARD for cleaning and care instructions.

Damaged pieces must be returned within 3 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused in original packaging.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE purchases can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Each item is photographed to it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
