Shipment method and estimated delivery time

 

A standard processing time of up to 2-3 business days is required before your order is shipped. During peak periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

*All of our shipments are coming with full tracking information.

 

*Please kindly ensure you leave the correct and complete shipping address (Unit number should be demonstrated for apartment). Incorrect or incomplete shipping address might cause shipping delay or failure. Your order will only be shipped once, and only to the address listed upon ordering.

Any additional shipping fee due incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by client, will be at client's expense.

 If client choose to cancel the order after first time shipment failure due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by client, designated flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from the final refunded amount. ( C$9.99 for Toronto GTA area, C$12.99 for domestic Canada except Toronto GTA, C$20 for US, C$40 International.)

International Shipping Policy

Most products that we carry are available for international shipping.

Orders are considered international when a shipment is send to an address out of Canada and United States.

 

International Standard :   6 to 14 business days      $19.99

                 * Free international standard shipping over USD $200 before tax.

 

*Add any disclaimers related to shipping services you offer, shipping location limitations, and if delivery delays may occur.

  *We not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking Information

  1. Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
  2. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns

For hygiene reason, all items sold on our website are FINAL SALE. Can not be exchanged and refunded, except if your order is damaged or missing items(shipping fee won't be refunded). We offer a full refund or exchange within 3 days of the receiving date. Please note that all of the metal products, some products are hand-crafted, it might not be perfect! It will not considered as defects. Please see the Jewellery Care Instruction page, and read your JEWELRY CARE TIPS CARD for cleaning and care.

Damaged pieces must be returned within 3 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused in original packaging.  

All sale items are FINAL SALE, CANNOT be returned.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE purchases can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Cancel/Exchange

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders very quick. Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes.


Please note that any orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
